November-December 2009:  Prepare for upcoming tax season.  During this time we prepare the tax organizers that get mailed to clients in January.

January 2010: Start preparation of income tax returns for clients who have received their proper documents.

January 2, 2010 - Mailing of tax organizers to clients.

Mid January 2010 - Start of electronic filing of tax returns.

January 31, 2010: Complete preparation of Forms W-2 and 1099 for our clients.

March 15, 2010: Filing deadline for Corporate and partnership tax returns.

April 15, 2010: Filing deadline for Individual tax returns. File extensions of time to file tax returns. This requires payment of amount that will be due when the return is finally filed. The extension is of time to file - not an extension of the time to pay.

 October 15, 2010: End of last extension for individuals.
